Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all Meatloaf ingredients. Mix gently but thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
- Wrap the loaf with Bacon slices, overlapping as needed.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all Glaze ingredients.
- Spread half of the Glaze over the bacon-wrapped meatloaf.
- Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- During the last 15 minutes of baking, spread the remaining Glaze over the meatloaf.
