Bacon Wrapped Pineapple
A slightly more refined version with a touch of maple syrup for a richer glaze.

Pineapple-fresh, cored and cut into inch chunks

Bacon-thick cut
2 tbsp
Maple Syrup-pure
1 tbsp
Brown Sugar-packed
1/4 tsp
Ground Cinnamon
A slightly more refined version with a touch of maple syrup for a richer glaze.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine all Maple Glaze ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
- Wrap each Pineapple chunk with a half slice of Bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
- Arrange the Bacon Wrapped Pineapple on a baking sheet.
- Brush generously with Maple Glaze.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and pineapple is heated through. Brush with remaining glaze halfway through.
