12 slices Bacon-thick cut
2 tbsp Maple Syrup-pure
1 tbsp Brown Sugar-packed
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine all Maple Glaze ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
  3. Wrap each Pineapple chunk with a half slice of Bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
  4. Arrange the Bacon Wrapped Pineapple on a baking sheet.
  5. Brush generously with Maple Glaze.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and pineapple is heated through. Brush with remaining glaze halfway through.
