12 slices Thick-Cut Bacon
1 cup Stone-Ground Grits
4 cups Chicken Broth

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season Shrimp with Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, and Cayenne Pepper.
  3. Wrap each Shrimp with a slice of Thick-Cut Bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Place Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until Bacon is crispy and Shrimp is cooked through.
  5. While Shrimp are baking, prepare Grits. In a medium saucepan, bring Chicken Broth to a boil.
  6. Gradually whisk in Grits and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until Grits are creamy.
  7. Stir in Butter, Heavy Cream, and Smoked Gouda Cheese until melted and smooth. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
