8 slices Prosciutto-thinly sliced
4 tbsp Butter-unsalted
1 tbsp Lemon Juice-freshly squeezed
1 tbsp White Wine-dry

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Deglaze the pan with White Wine, scraping up any browned bits. Reduce slightly.
  4. Stir in Lemon Juice, Parsley, and Chives. Season with Sea Salt and White Pepper. Keep warm.
  5. Season Shrimp with Sea Salt and White Pepper.
  6. Wrap each Shrimp with a slice of Prosciutto.
  7. Arrange Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until Shrimp is cooked through and Prosciutto is slightly crispy.
  9. Serve immediately, drizzled with Lemon-Herb Butter.
