Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Jumbo shrimp wrapped in delicate prosciutto, served with a luxurious lemon-herb butter sauce.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Deglaze the pan with White Wine, scraping up any browned bits. Reduce slightly.
- Stir in Lemon Juice, Parsley, and Chives. Season with Sea Salt and White Pepper. Keep warm.
- Season Shrimp with Sea Salt and White Pepper.
- Wrap each Shrimp with a slice of Prosciutto.
- Arrange Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until Shrimp is cooked through and Prosciutto is slightly crispy.
- Serve immediately, drizzled with Lemon-Herb Butter.
