12 slices Bacon-thick cut
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Soy Sauce-low sodium
1 tbsp Garlic-minced

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together all Honey Garlic Glaze ingredients.
  3. Season Shrimp with Black Pepper.
  4. Wrap each Shrimp with a half slice of Bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
  5. Arrange Bacon Wrapped Shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush Shrimp with half of the Honey Garlic Glaze.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, then brush with remaining glaze and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until Bacon is crispy and Shrimp is cooked through.
