Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Beans.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients.
  4. In a skillet, cook Bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving bacon fat in the skillet.
  5. Sauté Aromatics in the bacon fat until softened, about 7 minutes.
  6. Add the Sauce and sautéed Aromatics to the Beans and stir to combine.
  7. Pour the bean mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle cooked Bacon over the top.
  9. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for another 30 minutes, or until bubbly and slightly thickened.
