Equipment: Oven, Oven-safe dish, Baking sheet, Small knife Shop these items →
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Score the top of the Brie wheel in a crosshatch pattern.
  3. Spread the Fig jam evenly over the top of the Brie.
  4. Drizzle the Black truffle oil over the Fig jam.
  5. Sprinkle the Pistachios and Thyme leaves over the top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brie is softened and bubbly.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving with toasted Brioche.
