Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Score the top of the Brie wheel in a crosshatch pattern.
- Spread the Fig jam evenly over the top of the Brie.
- Drizzle the Black truffle oil over the Fig jam.
- Sprinkle the Pistachios and Thyme leaves over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brie is softened and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving with toasted Brioche.
