Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a bowl, combine Rice Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt. Toss Chicken Wings in the mixture to coat evenly.
In a separate bowl, whisk together Soy Sauce, Sake, Ginger, and Garlic to create the Marinade. Marinate Chicken Wings for at least 30 minutes.
Arrange Chicken Wings in a single layer on a wire rack set over a baking sheet.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
While Chicken is baking, prepare the Gochujang Glaze: In a small saucepan, combine Gochujang, Honey, Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Sesame Oil, and Garlic. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Once Chicken is cooked through, transfer to a large bowl and toss with Gochujang Glaze until evenly coated.
Garnish with Sesame Seeds and Green Onion. Serve immediately.
