  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  2. Prepare the Ganache: Chop Valrhona Guanaja chocolate. Heat Heavy Cream in a saucepan until simmering. Pour over chocolate and let sit for 1 minute. Whisk until smooth and glossy. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all Oatmeal Base ingredients.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Wet Ingredients.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Dollop Ganache Swirl over the batter and use a knife or toothpick to create a marbled effect.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  9. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
