Baked Oatmeal Brownie Bars

All-Purpose Flour
1/2 cup
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Baking Powder

Chewy, fudgy brownie bars made with the wholesome goodness of oats! A healthier take on a classic dessert, perfect for a snack or breakfast treat.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine all Dry Ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Wet Ingredients.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Stir in Chocolate Chips, if using.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
