  2. In a large bowl, combine all Dry Ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Wet Ingredients.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Stir in Dark Chocolate Chips.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 22-27 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
