Baked Oatmeal Brownie Bars
A richer, more sophisticated version of baked oatmeal brownie bars. Using dark chocolate and a sprinkle of sea salt elevates the flavor profile.

1/2 cup
Whole Wheat Flour
1/3 cup
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tsp
Baking Powder
1/4 tsp

A richer, more sophisticated version of baked oatmeal brownie bars. Using dark chocolate and a sprinkle of sea salt elevates the flavor profile.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine all Dry Ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Wet Ingredients.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Stir in Dark Chocolate Chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 22-27 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Immediately sprinkle with Flaky Sea Salt.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
