Instructions
In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients.
Add Chicken to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place marinated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
While chicken is baking, whisk together all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
During the last 5 minutes of baking, brush the chicken tenders with the barbecue sauce mixture.
Serve immediately.
