Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add Chicken to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. While chicken marinates, prepare the Sauce: In a saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
  4. Place marinated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. During the last 10 minutes of baking, brush the chicken tenders generously with the barbecue sauce mixture.
  7. Serve immediately.
