Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together all Marinade ingredients.
- Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place marinated chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While chicken is baking, combine all Sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Shred the cooked chicken with two forks.
- Toss the shredded chicken with the barbecue sauce.
- Assemble sliders by placing a portion of the sauced chicken on each slider bun. Top with coleslaw.
- Serve immediately.
