BBQ Chicken Biscuit Bake
A slightly more flavorful version of the classic, featuring smoked paprika in the BBQ sauce and a blend of cheeses.

BBQ Sauce
1 tbsp
Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp
Worcestershire Sauce

A slightly more flavorful version of the classic, featuring smoked paprika in the BBQ sauce and a blend of cheeses.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded Chicken Thighs and Sauce. Mix well to coat.
- Spread half of the biscuit dough evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Top with the BBQ Chicken mixture, then sprinkle with Diced Red Onion and half of the Shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese.
- Arrange the remaining biscuit dough over the chicken layer.
- Sprinkle with the remaining Shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese.
- Bake for 22-27 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
