1 cup BBQ Sauce
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Smoked Paprika

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded Chicken Thighs and Sauce. Mix well to coat.
  4. Spread half of the biscuit dough evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. Top with the BBQ Chicken mixture, then sprinkle with Diced Red Onion and half of the Shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese.
  6. Arrange the remaining biscuit dough over the chicken layer.
  7. Sprinkle with the remaining Shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese.
  8. Bake for 22-27 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
