BBQ Chicken Flatbread
A slightly more refined flatbread with a kick! Featuring smoked gouda, a homemade BBQ sauce, and a touch of spice.

Boneless skinless chicken thighs

Olive oil
1 tsp
Smoked paprika
1/2 tsp
Cayenne pepper

A slightly more refined flatbread with a kick! Featuring smoked gouda, a homemade BBQ sauce, and a touch of spice.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss Chicken with Olive oil, Smoked paprika, and Cayenne pepper.
- Cook Chicken in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, about 10-12 minutes. Shred the Chicken.
- Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cool slightly.
- Toss shredded Chicken with the prepared BBQ sauce.
- Place Naan bread on a baking sheet.
- Spread BBQ Chicken evenly over the Naan bread.
- Sprinkle with Smoked gouda cheese and Red onion.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with Parsley before serving.
