1 lb Boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Smoked paprika
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/2 cup Ketchup

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss Chicken with Olive oil, Smoked paprika, and Cayenne pepper.
  3. Cook Chicken in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, about 10-12 minutes. Shred the Chicken.
  4. Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cool slightly.
  5. Toss shredded Chicken with the prepared BBQ sauce.
  6. Place Naan bread on a baking sheet.
  7. Spread BBQ Chicken evenly over the Naan bread.
  8. Sprinkle with Smoked gouda cheese and Red onion.
  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Garnish with Parsley before serving.
