BBQ Chicken Pizza
A more flavorful BBQ chicken pizza with the addition of crispy bacon, a homemade BBQ sauce, and a blend of cheeses.

A more flavorful BBQ chicken pizza with the addition of crispy bacon, a homemade BBQ sauce, and a blend of cheeses.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Prepare the Sauce: In a small saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season the Chicken with Olive Oil and Garlic Powder. Grill or pan-fry until cooked through, then shred.
- Stretch or roll out the Dough to your desired thickness and shape.
- Spread the Sauce evenly over the Dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle half of the Mozzarella and Monterey Jack Cheese over the Sauce.
- Distribute the Chicken, Bacon, and Red Onion evenly over the cheese.
- Top with the remaining Mozzarella and Monterey Jack Cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with Cilantro before serving.
