Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together all Marinade ingredients.
- Place chicken thighs in a zip-top bag and pour marinade over them. Seal and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Grill chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F / 74°C).
- Remove chicken from grill and shred with two forks.
- In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with BBQ Sauce.
- Assemble sliders by placing BBQ chicken on slider buns and topping with Coleslaw.
