BBQ Chicken Tater Tot Packs
A more flavorful version of the classic, featuring smoked paprika and a touch of brown sugar in the BBQ sauce.

Garlic powder
1/2 tsp
Onion powder

A more flavorful version of the classic, featuring smoked paprika and a touch of brown sugar in the BBQ sauce.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine Chicken ingredients and toss to coat.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let cool slightly, then shred.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients. Whisk until brown sugar is dissolved.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken and Sauce. Mix well.
- Arrange 8 tater tots in a circle on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat to make 4 'packs'.
- Spoon chicken mixture into the center of each tater tot circle.
- Top with Filling ingredients.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve immediately.
