Toast Bread slices in the Wagyu Fat for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and deeply flavorful.
Remove toast from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.
Sprinkle with Smoked Sea Salt and Fleur de Sel while still warm. Serve immediately.
