Instructions
  1. Gently heat Rendered Wagyu Fat in a heavy-bottomed skillet over low heat. Add Rosemary-fresh sprig and infuse for 5 minutes, being careful not to burn the fat.
  2. Remove Rosemary-fresh sprig from the Wagyu Fat.
  3. Toast Bread slices in the Wagyu Fat for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and deeply flavorful.
  4. Remove toast from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.
  5. Sprinkle with Smoked Sea Salt and Fleur de Sel while still warm. Serve immediately.
