Beef Dripping Toast
A more flavorful version of beef dripping toast, infused with garlic and fresh herbs.

Beef Dripping
1 clove
Garlic-minced
1 tbsp
Parsley-freshly chopped
1 tsp
Thyme-freshly chopped

A more flavorful version of beef dripping toast, infused with garlic and fresh herbs.
Instructions
- Melt Beef Dripping in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add Garlic-minced to the melted Beef Dripping and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Toast Bread slices in the garlic-infused Beef Dripping for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove toast from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.
- Sprinkle with Sea Salt, Black Pepper-freshly ground, Parsley-freshly chopped, and Thyme-freshly chopped while still warm. Serve immediately.
