Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the Ground Beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Add the Onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the Taco Seasoning and Water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until thickened.
  5. Line a 9-inch pie plate with one of the Pie Crusts.
  6. Pour the Beef Filling into the pie crust.
  7. Sprinkle the Cheddar Cheese evenly over the beef.
  8. Top with the second Pie Crust. Crimp the edges to seal.
  9. Cut several slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  11. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Top with Sour Cream and Black Olives.
