Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
In a separate bowl, combine all Wet Ingredients and mix well.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in chopped Semi-Sweet Chocolate.
