8 oz Ground Beef
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
1 tsp Yellow Mustard
1/2 tsp White Wine Vinegar

A fun fusion dish combining the flavors of a Big Mac in a crispy egg roll wrapper.
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine all Big Mac Sauce ingredients and set aside.
  2. Cook Ground Beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Add the cooked Ground Beef to the Big Mac Sauce and stir to combine.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine Shredded Iceberg Lettuce, Diced Onion, Diced Pickles, and Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
  5. Place approximately 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture and 1 tablespoon of the lettuce mixture in the center of each Egg Roll Wrapper.
  6. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in the sides, and roll up tightly to form an egg roll.
  7. Heat Vegetable Oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Fry the egg rolls in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.
