Big Mac Egg Rolls
A fun fusion dish combining the flavors of a Big Mac in a crispy egg roll wrapper.

Mayonnaise

Sweet Pickle Relish
1 tsp
Yellow Mustard
1/2 tsp

A fun fusion dish combining the flavors of a Big Mac in a crispy egg roll wrapper.
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all Big Mac Sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Cook Ground Beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add the cooked Ground Beef to the Big Mac Sauce and stir to combine.
- In a separate bowl, combine Shredded Iceberg Lettuce, Diced Onion, Diced Pickles, and Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
- Place approximately 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture and 1 tablespoon of the lettuce mixture in the center of each Egg Roll Wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in the sides, and roll up tightly to form an egg roll.
- Heat Vegetable Oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the egg rolls in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.
