  1. In a large pot, bring the Water to a boil.
  2. Gradually whisk in the Bingfen Powder, ensuring no lumps form. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Pour the mixture into a heat-safe container and let it cool completely. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  4. Once the Bingfen jelly is set, cut it into cubes.
  5. In individual serving bowls, place the Bingfen jelly cubes. Top with Brown Sugar Syrup, Cooked Glutinous Rice Balls, Roasted Peanuts, Raisins, and Sesame Seeds. Serve immediately.
