Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the Water to a boil.
- Gradually whisk in the Bingfen Powder, ensuring no lumps form. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour the mixture into a heat-safe container and let it cool completely. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Once the Bingfen jelly is set, cut it into cubes.
- In individual serving bowls, place the Bingfen jelly cubes. Top with Brown Sugar Syrup, Cooked Glutinous Rice Balls, Roasted Peanuts, Raisins, and Sesame Seeds. Serve immediately.
