Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the Butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown and fragrant. Let cool slightly.
  3. Cream together the browned Butter and Brown Sugar until light and fluffy. Add Granulated Sugar and continue to cream.
  4. Beat in the Egg and Vanilla Extract.

  9. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges but still slightly soft in the center.
