What You'll Need

Equipment: Loaf pan, Large bowl, Small bowl, Potato masher, Large pot Shop these items →
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Meatloaf ingredients and mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
  4. In a small bowl, combine all Glaze ingredients and mix well.
  5. Spread the Glaze over the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. While the meatloaf is baking, boil the Potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with Milk, Butter, Salt, and Pepper.
