Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all Meatloaf ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, combine all Glaze ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the Glaze over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- While the meatloaf is baking, boil the Potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with Heavy cream, Butter, Roasted Garlic, Salt, and Pepper.
