Instructions
- Wash and trim the ends off the Cucumbers. Cut into spears or slices.
- In a large pot, combine all Brine ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring until Sugar and Salt are dissolved.
- Pack Cucumbers tightly into sterilized jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Add Onion and Dill to each jar.
- Pour hot Brine over Cucumbers, leaving 1/2 inch headspace.
- Remove air bubbles and adjust lids and rings. Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
- Let cool completely before checking seals. Store in a cool, dark place.
