Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Combine all Brisket ingredients in a bowl and rub generously over the brisket.
  3. Place brisket in a Dutch oven or roasting pan with 1 cup of water. Cover tightly and bake for 3-4 hours, or until fork-tender.
  4. While brisket is cooking, prepare the Avocado Crema. Combine all Avocado Crema ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
  5. Once brisket is cooked, let it rest for 15 minutes before shredding with two forks.
  6. Warm tortillas according to package directions.
  7. Assemble tacos by filling each tortilla with shredded brisket, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. Top with Avocado Crema and serve.
