Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Blanch Broccolini in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes, until bright green and slightly tender. Immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking. Drain well and pat dry.
  3. Prepare the Cheese Sauce: In a medium saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in All-purpose flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, creating a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in Whole milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in Gruyère cheese, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, White pepper, and Nutmeg until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  6. Combine Broccolini and Cheese Sauce in the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly.
  7. Top with Tater tots in a single layer.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy and the sauce is bubbly.
  9. Garnish with Fresh parsley before serving.
