Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Apples ingredients and toss to coat.
  3. Pour the apple mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine all Pecan Streusel ingredients. Use a pastry blender or your fingers to cut the butter into the flour and sugar until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the apples.
  6. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
