  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt Butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in Hot Sauce and Cayenne Pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine Smoked Chicken, Cream Cheese, Gouda Cheese, Gruyere Cheese, and Blue Cheese. Mix well.
  4. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the chicken and cheese mixture. Stir to combine thoroughly.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with Chives before serving.
