Instructions
  1. Marinate chicken thighs in Olive oil, Smoked paprika, Garlic powder, and Cayenne pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill chicken thighs until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Shred chicken and set aside.
  3. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  4. In a small bowl, combine all Ranch Dressing ingredients and whisk until well blended.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine Frank's RedHot and melted Butter.
  6. Add cooked pasta, shredded chicken, Celery, Red bell pepper, and Green onion to a large bowl. Pour in the Buffalo sauce and Ranch dressing. Toss to coat evenly.
  7. Gently fold in Blue cheese crumbles.
  8. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
