Crispy baked chicken tossed in a tangy buffalo sauce, served on toasted slider buns with a refreshing celery slaw.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Marinate chicken thighs in Buttermilk and Hot sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, toss marinated chicken with Garlic powder, Smoked paprika, Salt, and Black pepper.
  4. Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly crispy.
  5. While chicken is baking, prepare the Sauce: In a small saucepan, combine Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, Butter, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat over medium heat, stirring until combined.
  6. Prepare the Celery Slaw: In a medium bowl, combine finely diced Celery, Mayonnaise, Apple cider vinegar, and Celery seed. Mix well.
  7. Lightly toast the Brioche slider buns.
  8. In a large bowl, toss the cooked chicken with the Sauce until evenly coated.
  9. Assemble the sliders: Place a portion of the buffalo chicken on the bottom half of each toasted slider bun. Top with Celery Slaw. Cover with the top half of the slider bun and serve immediately.
