Instructions
  1. Sous vide chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place in a vacuum-seal bag with Buttermilk and Hot sauce. Cook in a water bath at 145°F (63°C) for 1.5-2 hours.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: In a small saucepan, combine Frank's RedHot Xtra Sharp Sauce and Clarified butter. Heat over low heat until combined.
  3. Prepare the Slaw: In a bowl, combine diced celery, crumbled blue cheese, Mayonnaise, and Lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. Prepare the Ranch: In a bowl, whisk together Mayonnaise, Sour cream, Buttermilk, Fresh dill, and Garlic powder.
  5. Remove chicken from bag and shred. Toss with buffalo sauce.
  6. Warm tortillas.
  7. Assemble wraps: Spread Ranch dressing on each tortilla. Add buffalo chicken, then top with Celery-Blue Cheese Slaw. Wrap tightly and serve.
