Instructions
  1. Prepare the Breading: In a shallow dish, combine all Breading ingredients.
  2. Coat the Paneer: Dredge the paneer cubes in the breading mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
  3. Fry the Paneer: Heat about 1 inch of oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded paneer until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  4. Make the Buffalo Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Add the hot sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Toss in Sauce: Add the fried paneer to the Buffalo Sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Make the Slaw: In a medium bowl, combine all Blue Cheese Slaw ingredients.
  7. Assemble the Sliders: Spread Blue Cheese Slaw on the bottom buns. Top with the buffalo paneer. Cover with the top buns and serve immediately.
