Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and mix well.
  2. Add Chicken to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Marinate for at least 2 hours, or up to 8 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Arrange marinated Chicken on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 35-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and crispy.
  6. While Chicken is baking, prepare the Sauce. In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Hot Sauce, Honey, Garlic Powder, and Cayenne Pepper. Whisk until combined and heated through.
  7. Once Chicken is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl. Pour Sauce over Chicken and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
