Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together All-purpose flour, Granulated sugar, Baking powder, and Salt (Batter ingredients).
- In a separate bowl, whisk together Large egg, Milk, and Melted butter (Batter ingredients).
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Preheat your bungeoppang maker according to the manufacturer's instructions. Lightly grease the molds with cooking spray or butter.
- Pour batter into the molds, filling each about halfway. Place a spoonful of Sweetened red bean paste (Filling ingredients) in the center of each mold.
- Pour more batter over the filling to cover it completely. Close the bungeoppang maker.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the bungeoppang from the maker and let them cool slightly before serving.
