Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together All-purpose flour, Granulated sugar, Baking powder, and Salt (Batter ingredients).
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together Large egg, Milk, and Melted butter (Batter ingredients).
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  4. Preheat your bungeoppang maker according to the manufacturer's instructions. Lightly grease the molds with cooking spray or butter.
  5. Pour batter into the molds, filling each about halfway. Place a spoonful of Sweetened red bean paste (Filling ingredients) in the center of each mold.
  6. Pour more batter over the filling to cover it completely. Close the bungeoppang maker.
  7. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Remove the bungeoppang from the maker and let them cool slightly before serving.
