Cook Linguine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
While noodles are cooking, prepare the Butter Sauce. In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and Red Pepper Flakes and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in Soy Sauce. Remove from heat.
Add cooked Linguine to the Butter Sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Prepare the Filling. In a medium bowl, combine Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese, Japanese Mayonnaise, Lemon Juice, and Dill. Mix well.
Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on a clean surface. Spread a portion of the buttered noodles onto the plastic wrap, forming a rectangle.
Spread a line of the Filling across the center of the noodles.
Using the plastic wrap, tightly roll the noodles into a sushi roll shape. Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.
Slice each roll into 6-8 pieces.
Garnish with Green Onion, Black Sesame Seeds, and Masago (if using). Serve immediately.
