Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Chicken ingredients and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine all Breading ingredients.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade and dredge in the Breading mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
  4. Heat Vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. While chicken is frying, combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  7. Toast Hamburger buns.
  8. Spread Sauce on both halves of each bun. Add Shredded lettuce, Sliced tomato, and Pickle slices.
  9. Place fried chicken on the bottom bun and top with the other half.
