Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Chicken ingredients and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Breading ingredients.
- Remove chicken from marinade and dredge in the Breading mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Heat Vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While chicken is frying, combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Toast Hamburger buns.
- Spread Sauce on both halves of each bun. Add Shredded lettuce, Sliced tomato, and Pickle slices.
- Place fried chicken on the bottom bun and top with the other half.
