Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Chicken ingredients and marinate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Breading ingredients.
- Remove chicken from marinade and dredge in the Breading mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Heat Peanut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry chicken for 8-10 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While chicken is frying, combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Combine all Slaw ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine.
- Toast Brioche buns.
- Spread Sauce on both halves of each bun. Add Slaw and fried chicken.
- Serve immediately.
