Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Chicken ingredients and marinate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine all Breading ingredients.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade and dredge in the Breading mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
  4. Heat Peanut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry chicken for 8-10 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. While chicken is frying, combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  7. Combine all Slaw ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine.
  8. Toast Brioche buns.
  9. Spread Sauce on both halves of each bun. Add Slaw and fried chicken.
  10. Serve immediately.
