Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all Dressing Base ingredients.
- Whisk vigorously until well combined and smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Add more lemon juice for tanginess, Parmesan for cheesiness, or anchovy paste for umami.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
