What You'll Need

Equipment: Large skillet or wok, Mixing bowls, Spatula Shop these items →
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and toss with Chicken. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp Vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add Chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove Chicken from skillet and set aside.
  3. Add remaining 1 tbsp Vegetable oil to the skillet. Add Onion and Bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add Frozen peas and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add Cooked rice to the skillet and break it up with a spatula. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  7. Pour Sauce over rice and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring the rice is evenly coated.
  8. Return Chicken to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes more.
  9. Serve immediately.
