Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Apple Base ingredients and toss to coat. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the Caramel candies and Heavy cream. Stir constantly until the candies are melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the Butter and Vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  4. Stir in the Cinnamon. Pour the caramel mixture over the diced apples and stir gently to coat.
  5. Sprinkle with Sea salt before serving. Serve warm or chilled.
