  1. Prepare the Caramel: In a medium skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg and stir until dissolved and bubbly, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Caramelize the Bananas: Add Bananas to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and caramelized. Remove from heat.
  3. Prepare the Drizzle: In a small bowl, whisk together Honey and Lime Juice.
  4. Assemble the Bowls: Divide Greek Yogurt between two bowls. Top with caramelized Bananas. Drizzle with Honey-Lime Drizzle. Sprinkle with Granola and Chopped Pecans.
