2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Soy sauce-low sodium
1 tbsp Lemon juice

A slightly more refined cedar plank salmon with a sweet and savory maple glaze. The addition of fresh herbs and a touch of Dijon mustard elevates the flavor profile.
Instructions
  1. Soak a cedar plank in water for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together all Glaze ingredients.
  3. Pat the Salmon fillets dry and brush generously with the Glaze.
  4. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  5. Place the soaked cedar plank on the grill. Grill for 5-7 minutes, until the plank is smoking and slightly charred.
  6. Place the Salmon fillets, skin-side down, on the cedar plank.
  7. Close the grill lid and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, basting with remaining Glaze halfway through.
  8. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
