1 lb Chicken thighs-cut into strips
1 cup Buttermilk
1 tbsp Hot sauce
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Paprika

A slightly more refined version of classic cereal-coated chicken tenders, featuring a seasoned coating and a touch of heat.
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Brine ingredients and mix well.
  2. Add Chicken strips to the Brine, ensuring they are fully coated. Brine for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine all Coating ingredients.
  4. Remove Chicken strips from the Brine and dredge them in the Coating mixture, pressing to adhere.
  5. Heat Peanut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Fry Chicken strips for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove Chicken tenders from skillet and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
