Cereal Crusted Chicken Nuggets
Gourmet chicken bites featuring a sophisticated Parmesan and herb-infused cereal crust, served with a bright and creamy lemon aioli.

Gourmet chicken bites featuring a sophisticated Parmesan and herb-infused cereal crust, served with a bright and creamy lemon aioli.
Instructions
- Combine all Brine ingredients in a bowl and dissolve salt and sugar. Add Chicken and brine for 30 minutes.
- Whisk together all Lemon Aioli ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Cereal Coating ingredients.
- Remove Chicken from brine, pat dry, and dredge in the Cereal Coating, pressing to adhere.
- Heat Avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the Chicken bites in batches for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove bites and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve immediately with Lemon Aioli.
